Just may interest a few members, yesterday at H&H Auctions a 1971 Jaguar E-Type V12 Roadster, Chassis No: 7S 40055A fetched, ?30,500.

Now showing as not sold on the H&H website . Its chassis number is very peculiar indeed . Edit : what is given as the chassis number is in fact the engine number with a mistake - the final 5 is in fact an S. the chassis number is 1S1046

1S2501 Sold today at Barons for ?32,000 ... i watched it on the live feed
