According to my series 3 parts manual the power steering pump resevoir cap is part no 11630.
David Manners shows this part as the resevoir cap for the XJ12 Series 3 but the E Type parts book also uses the same part no for the E Type. Price from David Manners is ?10.68 follow this link.
