#1 OTS Inside Wheel Arch Trim

Post by AussieEtype » Mon Nov 21, 2011 10:33 am

Many years ago when my car and I lived in the UK I purchased an interior trim set for my OTS which was a different colour to that fitted to the car. I had to send my door pulls and the four plastic rear interior trim pieces that live on the inside of the car behind each seat. I have not as yet fitted the kit.

I was expecting the pulls to be recoloured and the plastic panels to be recovered in the new colour (biscuit) vacuum plastic covering over the panels however they used vinyl to cover all components - stitched on covering on the door pulls and glued on to the panels.

I would like to return these components to original but in biscuit colour. So can anyone tell me where I might be able to get biscuit series 3 door pulls and correct style rear plastic panels - again in biscuit colour - also there is a bit of chrome trim that goes on the front edge of one of the pieces on either side of the car - lost these years ago - any idea where to get these.

Thanks

Garry

Gary,

Have three contacts for you.

You could try Aldridge Trimmers, they do most E Type interior trim.

http://www.aldridge.co.uk/

Or BAS
http://www.car-hood.co.uk/

Or John Skinner
http://www.john-skinner.co.uk/

Good luck.

Rgds
Mike
