#1 FRONT END JACKING

Post by jonhall88 » Sun Dec 18, 2011 6:02 pm

Sure I read about a jacking weight distribution problem on the V12 and the remedy being a block / length of wood to even it out. Any info on size and where to position would be a bonus.

Hi John...just do a search for jacking there is lots on the subject....To jack the front end a piece of wood approx 1"X 1 1/8 X14 long is positioned in the bottom channel of the picture frame, without the woon insert the jack would bend the edges of the channel(quite a few cars have bent channel edges & if yours has you wlill need to straighten them out to fit the block..Steve
