Just about to start building up a series three 2+2 now the bodywork is finished. The rear IRS is on - what should be my next step? I'd like to be able to get the car movable in the garage so is front suspension/wheels a good move first?

Yes front suspension is next. Just make sure you understand the torsion bar system and how it works so you can get it within adjustable parameters first time
