#1 hole in the floor

Hi All
I am new to the site ,having just bought a1971 USA left hand series 3 in the hope of getting a rust free dream
I changed all fluids ,plugs, new battery, and turned the key.
after a short splutter she burst into life, which led me to an impromptu ,test drive down the Lane.
Gear change fine, stops as well as it goes,no fluid leaks all fine,no overheating, fans came on.
However on putting her up on a ramp I have discovered a rust hole in the front footwell the size of my now clenched fist.
It is situated around the front jacking point, the rest of the floor pan looks fine.
I am going to do a full restoration in the future, however keen to get it thru an MOT and get some driving done (which may throw up some more problems,to be sorted)
So Can anyone tell me where i might get a repair panel ,rather than fabricate?
It has not gone into the bulkhead as yet.
