#1 bead blasted cylinder head

In the process of stripping and rebuilding my V12 engine I have painstakingly bead blasted both cylinder heads once stripped. At the moment they look beautifully clean and I would like to keep them looking that way once back on the engine.
Is there a product I can use to spray on them to protect them from future oil spillage/leaks?
I use POR 15 Glisten(an American product available from Frost) for the ancillaries which dries to a rock hard clear coat that is so hard you can't even bead blast it off. Would this be suitable for the cylinder heads or should I not coat them with anything.
I have one chance to get this rebuild perfect so I don't want to make mistakes and have regrets. What do most people do once their heads are bead blasted? Do they just leave them untreated?
Advice would be very welcome.

I have no experience of the V12's so the only guidance I can give is try and keep the car as near original specification as possible. It may be tempting to protect the heads is some way but if you ever get round to selling the car someone is bound to jump on the "it's been messed with!" band wagon and demand a price cut or just walk away. If unpainted was good enough for Jaguar then stick with it.
