I have not searched for it yet, perhaps someone knows where it is?

It is on top of the rhs of the radiator. If you have aircon, then the aircon relay is to its left. If your car has a shroud fitted, then that'll be why you can't see them.

I was considering upgrading the 12V supply to the fan relay but I've now concluded that the standard wiring (in this instance) can hardly be improved upon.
