#1 Battery for a 1969 series 2 4.2

I need to get a battery for my etype which will be used to get it running. It will have to be tough to endure trying to start up a long standing engine but I do not want to pay for a 'genuine' item just a tough battery with the right voltage and amp measures. I have had a look at County Batteries but if any one has any experience of other places they may have bought from. I do need to have it supplied wet and charged. Thanks
Heath

Wet and charged means you will have to collect it yourself so Halfords is the obvious choice. Any heavy duty 12 volt battery will do - the higher the amperage the more you will be able to churn the engine. However you might want to buy one that will fit the car as well given Halfords have a three year no quibble guarantee.
