How to replace AC louvres?

Does anyone know how to replace an AC louvre (see picture)?

...in order to avoid misunderstanding: the plastics of one of the AC louvres in the dashboard is broken. I bought a new louvre (picture) and want to replace the old louvre. Is there an easy way for this?

Hi Holger,
It's covered in detail in the Workshop Manual sections 82.25.16 and 82.25.18.

Basically, you have to take the black cover with the switches off and replace the louvers from the back.
