hello
is there a good source for the trunk seal thats glued onto the trunk lid?
63 ots with a june 63 build date.
the half moon seal i recd from sng barratt/usa is very firm.

If yours is a '63, then it would have the fitted seal around the lip of the boot aperture on the body and not the version applied on the boot lid. See Service Bulletin P 60, June 62 and P88 (June 63). The latter advised that the seal would now be in two pieces.

was it originally fitted to the lid and a service bulletin sent out to do an upgrade?

Apologies - I've just realised that the service bulletins I quoted are for Fixed Head Coupes. Please ignore these. I don't have a complete set of bulletins so have not been able to find the cutover point. The 3.8 Factory fit thread shows it body mounted on the later S1 3.8s and bootlid mounted on the earlier ones. Perhaps someone else can provide the cutover date.
