Carb. Tags for Front, Centre and Rear

Good evening all, I noticed on a recent '62 FHC small tags on the carbs. showing front, centre and rear. Does anyone know if these are available from anyone OR is it a case or searching around?

Stock control, part number, ID and making sure you have the correct carb in the correct location.
