Hi, all good points mentioned here.
I would ad by saying whatever model you buy keep £10000 in hand for suprises / improvments as your
likely to come across some even on a so called A1car.

Hi Rob.....did you really mean have a spare £10k......for suprises?....just get someone who knows what they are doing to inspect befor you buy...so you dont get any suprises...Steve
