RHS Undershield Panel - special edition for 1.5?

Could this panel on an e-type S1.5 be original?

The SPC for S2 (and S1) show the panel looking different:

Was the 1.5 special or this is home made?

Nothing but silence so I will give it a shot. Attachment bolts are non original. Cars before it and after it have a different type of shield. Therefore I would strongly suspect it is non original.

My friend's car is also a 2+2, late 1.5 car - 1E77309BW.
