SNG Barratt are no longer going, but they are honouring pre-orders and shipping out FOC, which is good of them.

On a serious note, I was talking to someone in the restoration business about this, and they're not going. You think of the demographic of most owners and realise that they're among the most vulnerable...

I’ve just spoken to Alicool who I was hoping to see. They are still considering but it’s likely that they will not go.

I think I’m going to take the safe route also and stay away.

As someone who reached life's pinnacle when my son told me I drive too fast and listen to music at too high a volume, even I think attending this event is a risk too far. I was reading a report written by a Doctor who has just recovered from Corvid-19 and was asked what it was like. She said it was "worse than childbirth" and the only consolation was she was "unconscious for most of the time".

Geoff is right that we didnt go, sorry to those who missed us there but we did indeed send out all the pre-orders with free delivery.

I did attend and can vouch for the fact there were certainly no real crowds. I benefitted as I managed to find most of the parts that I went there for and am sure I wouldn’t have been quite as successful if it had been business as usual. Thoroughly enjoyed the event and fully understand the reason why so many to decided to give it a miss.

I would also like to add, that I was due to collect a rather large order from SNG. I was contacted in plenty of time before the event with the news that they would not be attending. On Monday morning, I received the full order via a delivery that I was not charged for and the Stoneleigh discount was fully honoured! What fantastic service Julian and his team provide
