I'm sure you've already spotted my post in the wanted section for a door lock part, but if you haven't, please do.
I thinking that I'm probably just going to have to order BD 12000. But I'm guessing that I'm then going to be stuck with different keys for the LH & RH doors?

Andy, you can move the leaves in the lock barrel to end up with keyed alike. You’ll need spare barrels to select the correct leaves to fit. Doable if you’re willing to work on them. There are posts on the subject which will help.

I ended up buying a new lock set which I didn't particularly want to do. I like to use as much original stuff as possible, repairing and replacing broken parts where necessary.
