I have a CoolCat fan, which I fitted on the recommendations of many on this forum. It's one of only three items in my cooling system (the others being the water pump and thermostat) that haven't failed in the mere 3000 miles I've done since restoration.....mtnjag wrote: ↑Tue Jul 20, 2021 7:27 pmHave you seen the Coolcat radiators. They have an aluminum 3.8l rad with machined billet tanks that mimic the original accordion Marsten tanks. Very nice, pricey. Don’t know if know if later model rads are offered in machined and I do not know how his rads would compare to the Fosseway. He typically had good products IMO.
Terry's Jag Header tank - leaking solder joint.
Fan switch (modern Otter replacement) - started cutting the fan in all the time.
Fan relay - died.
Radiator - sprung a leak.
At least the Fosseway hoses are holding up....

My coolcats fan has worked out great as well. I also use his fan temp sending unit. Also worked or well. Temp range is a little higher than id like but it does the job reliably.
