Successful RHD->LHD parts exchange!

Hi!

So, today I received a large package from ChrisCtype on this forum with all the LHD parts I require to successfully change my RHD car to LHD. Tomorrow, my RHD parts will be picked up and returned to Chris. I just wanted to thank the forum for enabling this, letting us get together in a nice and reasonably nerdy environment and thank Chris for a great exchange!

Great outcome. All very reminiscent to me of doing the same with a Gentleman from Sweden 30 years ago. You both potentially get the benefit of dashboards with a period patina which new replacements don't have.

When we did it we only exchanged steering rack tubes to save on shipping costs as the steering rack and pinion are not handed and can be used in a LHD or RHD car.
