Salt on the roads? Not here in south lincs! We’re lucky if we get gritted when we actually need it.
I’ve been out and about, enjoying the autumnal sunshine this week. Just got back from a lunchtime blast today and took these…

That along with 58 degrees F there is no motor in the car!

Is there anything better to lift the sole on an autumn morning?

Nice 007 impression . When you say lift the sole , does that imply you are a cautious driver ( not foot to the floor like some folks ) , or should that be " soul "... :police:
Lovely car , by the way ... :salute:

Replaced my 74C rated thermostat on Saturday with an 82C one and took my 68 S1.5 OTS out on Sunday for a nice long drive, hood down of course, outside temp was about 4C (40F) and it was a great drive, sun was out and the heater now almost made my legs warm. No salt been applied here yet so far this winter and until they do i will give her a regular weekly run out. No to winter storage.

Jealous ! Forth snowfall here and salt every where on the roads. I miss driving her already. But , tis the season for a steering rack rebuild and my headlight conversion parts are on order too so its off to the garage for me.
Cheers All,

Where were you driving Lee?
Been a stunning day here in the sunny city of Southend-on-Sea.
Was out in the C2 for meet up locally and met Bill (FlatFloor3.8) in his '63 3.8 Roadster. Stunning car!
Temperature is a balmy 16 deg C and sunny!
Ideal for a top down cruise to the meet and then home along the seafront. Absolute madness, the world and his wife and kids have turned up to Southend seafront

Hi Mike
I’ve been driving daily cone rain or shine. YOLO and all, thoroughly enjoying driving it and getting it filthy.

A mate of mine sent some pics of that meeting today, I said to say hi.

Bill forgets to tell me about these meetings, he’s a forgetful monkey, I shall have words.

Hope you’re well.
Pic here of your car today
