#1 Rear lights not mating

Post by PierreW » Sat May 13, 2023 7:55 am

Hello, I have an aesthetic problem with the rear lights of my Type E OTS 1964. They are not at all contiguous with the bodywork. As they were mounted, I don't know their provenance so I can't say if they are original or aftermarket. Has this ever happened to other members and what was the solution? I am attaching photos.

Are you sure these are from your car? OTS and FHC are different.

Have they been plated? the platers could have changed their shape.

Or the bodywork might have been too 'extensive'

Not the correct light fittings to this model.

Pierre, as said by the others, you may have the wrong lights for your car, look at SNG Barratt’s website for your model and compare with the FHC:

Looks to me they are the wrong way round.
