It appears you have a standard (short) slave cylinder, of the the non-hydrostatic variety, so a basic rebuild kit may sort it if the bore condition is good. That said, some of the kits on the market today have ever so slightly undersized pistons/seals (metric vs imperial?) and are prone to short lives due to "rocking" in the bore. So measure the replacement parts diameters carefully and compare to what you have.
A currently popular mod is to use an early '90's Isuzu piston/seal which is a quality OEM piece in the correct size, and has (IMHO) the better design of an annular seal fitted to the piston vs the free floating cup type seal that Jaguar specified. I bought an entire NOS Isuzu slave cylinder (PN 12413) for less than $20 a couple of years ago and just used the internals.
