Yes I looked on knowledge base already, and tire size conversion, but they show for 70 series tire, my question is
will a 195 65 15 TUBEless tire work on my 67 wire wheels , I have a chance to buy 4 new tires for $100.00,
very temping, will these rub anywhere?? (65 series) thanks Mike.

These are far too small . The correct size radial on an S1 or S2 car is 185VR15 which is an 80% ( with some manufacturers 82%) profile. The gives a diameter of between 681 and 685 mm. The 195/65 gives a diameter of 634.5mm, and thus a radius up to 25mm smaller than the correct tire which will lower the ride height ( already marginal ) to unacceptable degree
