I just realised I`m missing this panel ( fits under the battery area , LH ) part # BD 27427 .
Checked out the usuals and they seem a bit expensive considering it`s just a bit of stamped thin sheet metal . I thought about making my own , the thing is - is this just aluminium , or some kind of alloy ? Don`t want to order the wrong type of material . :salute:

Why not look at the description at a well known supplier to see what they make it from?

Ok thanks , that makes it easy - Ali sheet is cheap and easy to shape . I think £ 10 should cover it - the parts suppliers were asking up to £ 110 ...that`s what I call a profit margin ! :salute:
