I have a Foseway rectangular mirror recommended here currently on my window frame and it looks nice, works well, and I find it generates a lot of wind noise so I'd like to replace it with a bullet style.
Anyone recommend an OTS side window frame mount mirror of the bullet style that mounts well and is of decent quality?
I see Limora has some but the mount looks like the grub screws screw right onto the chrome frame?
Also, due to the tariff problems with unknown costs and items being sent back to the UK it would be nice to find a source that has already imported them into the US. Not a requirement but would be nice.

Layne, presumably you can keep the attachment bracket then just put a new bullet mirror onto it? Would that be the best way to go as I’m guessing you can buy the bullet mirrors easily enough in the US?

did you see this product? I have not tried it and have a round clip on from Holden myself on my Roadster. I have not noticed any excess wind noise but there again I normally have the roof down. https://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/ ... rror-100mm

Geoff- doubt it. The bracket is all part of the Foseway mirror and have not idea if it would fit a different mirror. Wouldn't chance it I guess.. Not finding a frame mt bullet in the US at this point.
Andrew-no hadn't seen it. The bracket looks like it would be gentle on the frame. Have to check it out further. I have found that significant wind noise attributed to the top down at speed can be traced to the door mount mirror. When doing a funky streamlining of the flat mirror it makes a nice difference.
Thanks guys.
