Could anyone tell me what these tabs are for. There's one in each wheel arch.

Hi Alun..sorry I dont know but I'm interested....pan out on your photo so we can see where these are....I'm assuming rear wing?....is this on a fully built shell or just on a replacement part?....Steve

Hi Alun,

Have you had a new boot floor fitted? It looks like it could be a tab that should be folded up inside the boot….maybe??

Hi both, Wheel arch showing location of tab and I do have a new boot floor.


It could well be that they should have been folded up inside the boot.

Alun, I can’t imagine the car will fall to bits! I wonder if they are part of the manufacturing process and are surplus anyway, almost for hanging the panel from for painting :shrug:
