im restoring my dads etype and stumbled on this forum, seems to have the most activity ive seen in etype internet land.

car in question is a 71 USA roadster series 2. fresh back from paint and sitting in a huge pile of parts.

Welcome to the forum and to the Etype. That's an interesting (non standard) steering wheel.

First job is to check bulkhead pipes and the wiper mechanism (looks like it was left in place). They are both real pigs to work on if you fit anything else first.
