S2 FHC/S1 2+2 values

After my last unsuccessful attempts to buy an etype, thought I might have another go when I sell my porsche 964, which I intend to list soon(ish).

So just wondering what I'd be looking to pay for S2 FHC/S1 2+2 at the moment. Having looked at the classifieds prices seem to have risen over the last 18 months by quote a lot. There seem to be a few cars around the ?40k mark, however they look to have been for sale for a while so wondering what the chances are to pick something up for around ?35k?

I am not sure where you live but if you are close to me in Worksop, notts, you are welcome to come and look at mine to give you an idea. I suspect mine is valued about 40k. It's not concours, but in very good condition. It's not for sale, but you would see what you can get for your money.

I know there is one locally for sale for 28k, but it needs some work.

If you can live with lhd there is alot to choose from. Ebay.com, local ads in sweden, norway, danmark and so on...
In my search for a fhc I found a lot of 2+2`s starting from ?10.000 and upwards
