Finally got my 1970 OTS. Now the prject starts of stripping it down. Does anyone have any ideas how to remove the seat belts, mainly the connection to the floor pans
Cheers

They are bolted to the floor and side of the transmission tunnel with 7/16 unf bolts. They will probably be rusted firm so some plus gas might be necessary. Currently restoring a 69 Ots from the states. Just got it back from blasting with some pics posted. Where are you based?

I was referring to the anchor type bolt going through the floor
all i can see is a circle bit of metal looking down on it. Under the car looks like a nut but its welded

It's an eye bolt coated in gray plastic. Something like this...

It's been a while so I don't remember how the seat belts hardware attached to the eye bolt but I seem to recall it had a sissors action and you could open/spread it to release it from the eye bolt.
Good luck
