2+2 Series 2 from Poland

Hi everybody

I'm Radek from Poland. Proud owner of E-type for the poor ;) - Series 2 2+2. Bought the car last month. It's US specs, equipped with power steering and automatic gearbox and 2 Stromberg carbs. The car is running, body is strong, but decided to rebuild it anyway - I can't stand dirt or rust.

Welcome from another 2+2 series 2 owner. Don't think of it as a poor man's E Type - I bought mine because I wanted a 2+2 for the extra headroom and luggage space.
We must all love our E Type!

I also went for a 2+2 because we're 3, I fit in it, and I could pay it.

Still it had to be an S1, manual, 3carbs, in my case, but I bought it back in 2008, when the Euro was much stronger...
