Hi Everyone
I'm just in the process of fitting a new drain pipe in the RHS of the boot. Does anyone have a photo showing the hose exiting the car's underside. I've a funny feeling the original had a collar around it. I've made one up using a standard 20mm electrical grommet.
I've checked the factory thread, but there's no image covering that area of the boot underside.
I'm also not sure if it should be body coloured or not.
Cheers
Alan

The hose does not exit the underside per se - there should be a tube brazed to the boot floor which the hose pushes on to. The exit is smooth with the body. Ditto for the drains on the other side.

Thanks for the speedy response. I seem to be missing this item- probably lost during the last rebuild. It looks like I'll have to source one from somewhere.

You never cease to amaze. I've decided to cold weld the replacement onto the boot floor. Now all I've got to do is build the thing.
