I'd guess at opalescent golden sand.

The photographer should be shot:-

Firstly, by moving just an inch to the left, the upright of the ferris wheel could be made not to come out of the guy's head.

Secondly, the bicycle should be removed, either physically or by photoshop.

Thirdly, (s)he should have used a remote shutter cord and stepped back three feet - what an embarassing and obvious shadow to leave on the foreground.

Next, the camera is not level. Look at the perspective of the concrete blocks and you'll see that the camera points downwards. This can eaily be fixed by either using a perspective shift lens or by altering in photoshop again if it is digital. This would also help not make the guy's legs look four feet long which the incorrect use of wide angle lens has exacerbated.

The wide angle lens has the wrong lens hood on it - look at top two corners where it darkens the edges because it is in shot.

Lastly, if you want to photoshop a bit of sky into the middle, a more saturated colour blue wouldn't go amiss. Clearly not photoshopped - at least not by anyone with eyesight better than Stevie Wonder.

kind regards
Marek

It's gunmetal.
A light metallic color like Golden Sand would have been white facing such a strong light.
And if you look at the wheels, that should be "grey", you can understand what color filter have been added to the image.

Agree. OSG has a slight greenish tint, where opalescent gunmetal shows slightly purple in direct sunlight. I don't believe the photo was "shopped".

Gunmetal is much darker, so it's definately not that.

My first thought was also Golden Sand. The adjusted second picture doesn't help much, it just puts us on the wrong track. His shirt, the tyres, the copper roofing all end up the wrong hue.

Another one could be a modern Jaguar colour such as Lunar Grey.

I guess it's quite a low sun (long shadows) and I wonder how the long & low sun, which often has a warmer hue, could warm up Silver Grey and get it to look slightly like Golden Sand.

Otherwise excellent photo technical comments from Marek :D
