excellent , you are welcome of course. Please don't forget to buy your tickets though, stating that you are a E type forum member which will get you a discount and ensure that you can get into the event. I doubt they will sell out, but best be sure. Good luck getting your E ready.

The bad news is at this rate there will soon be no one left on the Forum that day if you get stuck for advice......

Hello Simon P,
That's why I began to ask today on another post :)
In fact, I just wanted to say that I will have some weeks where I won't be able to go at work, staying in Burgundy and will work a little on the e type

Staying in Burgundy whilst working on an E-type sounds like a very acceptable excuse :D I enjoyed a very splendid 2003 Corton on Sunday night. Quite wonderful it was :D

Added my name to the list and bought tickets. As long as I get my refurbished steering rack back and refitted in time I'll be there in the S3 otherwise the XJS may have an outing!

Just bought a pair of tickets and am looking forward to this event. Andrew excepted who might be going the day before, are there any other Kent tourists going - just wondering about a convoy?

I have just heard back from Bicester who are very excited by our attendance and will be ensuring we have an area marked out for us. It will however be with all the other Jaguars, so it will be the responsibility to find your way to our allocated parking area. I will attempt to arrive early enough to try to marshall but I think it should be clear enough. Did someone suggest name tags? I cannot recall. What we really need is one of those sail wings with the E Type Forum printed on it!

thats a good idea David. Would be a nice touch. On the subject of identification of each other, as some may not like to wear a badge, one other way is to create a list of cars by colour, and letters of the reg which we can all print out and use as a crib to meet people. Example being that I would be

opalescent silver blue 3.8 FHC reg....PE

thoughts?
