Simon - I hope you aren't exhausted after all that pedalling - it's going to take you a while to get there......

:D
Hehe very good. It's probably still a lot faster than my car ;)

I intend on bringing my camera and taking photos for the forum :) Are you bringing "all the gear" with you Andrew?

I've collected the name tags this morning and will be in the E type shown on my address image Opalescant silver grey Etype - 145 BWR - I won't write them but will have pens ready for each to write their own name.

They simply state: The 'E' Type Forum with a space to write in your details.

I look forward to meeting you all...

One suggestion/request: How about a group photo with an index of the names of the attendees? I know that it would be a lot of trouble, but a photo of each of you with his/her car would be really cool!

(Unfortunately) I have to play at two St Georges Day parades on Sunday so cant make it. I should be home by 5pm so if there is a convoy heading south on the M40 after that, let me know and i can get some good shots looking down on the cutting as i live not far from J5.

Car cleaned and polished. Ready to go! Have a safe journey down tomorrow everyone. I'll keep an eye out for anyone on the run down the M40 in the morning.

have a safe journey. I am struggling to move a newish car which is behind the E type with a totally dead battery. Got it on trickle charge but its thrown up more error messages than I knew it had programmed. Only been off the conditioner for a week. Bloomin moderns. :(
