Speedometer in KPH

I cannot find a replacement face in KPH for my speedo which is in miles.
Why I want to replace it ,you may ask ?

Well ! two speed cameras in no time, booked for 8 and 7ks over, P... OFF !!
As I wish to have the speedo recalibrated, the needle oscillates a bit too much, I thought about going for a Kph face.
I read somewhere about doing it with photoshop , but I don't know how !
Any ideas ?

SNG Barratt supplied me a KPH face recently.
Part Number is KPHFace.

I called them a few days ago, and I have been told that they haven't had them for ages !!!!
