I am preparing the body shell for re-spray and as part of this I am trial fitting the headlight covers. The chromes fit quite well, but the glass rubber surrounds are a bit bulky and raise the surrounds in the areas between the screws. I bought them from SNGB.
My originals which unfortunately are not good enough to use, fit reasonably well.
Am I missing something here; how do you get them to stay flush with the bonnet?
Do I have to cut them down to fit?
Thanks,
Paul

#2 Re: Fitting headlight covers
Got ours from BAS in Newport and their rubber parts seem better than SNG's
