servo air hose bented

I have a problem with the hose coming from the servo which has a curve so important that it collapses on itself and the air can't flow... Where can i find another hose with a 90° curve at one end ?

You might try inserting a piece of 1/4 " copper tubing inside the hose and then gently bending it to the proper curve. Since there is no heavy flow of air through that tube a slight decrease in lumen size shouldn't make any difference and the tubing would keep the hose from collapsing. If that bodge doesn't work, you could just take it out and be back to where you are now.

The best solution is to insert a spring of similar diameter to the inside of the tube. That way it can still freely bend and won't collapse.

Yves, it should first be routed forward down to a guiding clip fixed on the pedal box, then back to the firewall.
There is nothing wrong with the hose itself. Try so see some pics in the factory fit thread which will illustrate well.

Right....the forward loop and P-clip keep it from bending to a sharp angle. That said, AN type aircraft hose with a steel braided layer in the wall of the tubing, and a black nylon braiding on the outside not only won't collapse, but the exterior braided sleeve will be looking spiffy when the cotton sleeve is dirty and faded.
