Headlight dip switch

I Have had to purchase a new headlight Dip Switch from SNG and see that unlike the originals it comes with just three terminals. I have four wires in the new loom. Anyone solved this little problem? I am sure its pretty straight forward, just being lazy by asking rather than trying to find my magnifying glass and getting the loom diagram out!

Andrew, 2 Blue/Yellow wires go to the RHS terminal (should be a piggy back) when looking at the switch from the rear.

I have the same issue: 4 wires on the existing switch and 3 on the replacement. Using a continuity tester, the center terminal on the new switch is common to the two other terminals. Therefore, I'm assuming the blue wire from the main lighting switch connects to this center terminal. Is that correct? If so, it wouldn't seem to matter which of the other terminals receive the two blue yellow wires, although dip and main might end up reversed. In that last regard, on which side of the switch should the terminals reside when looking from the driver's position? Help!

I sent the replacement back to SNG and asked them to look into stocking a switch with the correct number of terminals. Another issue for Julian to look into.

Pretty sure thats what I did, but cannot recall for sure. It's fairly obvious when you work it out from memory.

Just to round this out for three-terminal switches: The center terminal is the feed (blue) from the rotary light switch. With the terminals on the left-hand side when viewed from the driver's seat, the top terminal is for the low (dip) beam and the bottom terminal takes the two wires (blue yellow) for the main beam. This gives the correct position for the toggle, which is up for main beam, down to dip. Adding two three-inch leads to the bottom terminal makes it easy to connect the main beam wires.
