#1 Series 1 - heated rear windscreen question

Post by ChrisC » Thu Apr 01, 2010 10:07 am

Chaps,

I have laid my hands on an unused heated rear windscreen which going by the triplex markings appears to have been manufactured in 1966 so its pretty close to the year of my car (late 1964 4.2ltr)

Question is: I dont have any switches or warning lights to go with the glass and the central dash legend doesnt mention a HRW.

So assuming that it has an additional switch somewhere - is there anyone who can take a photo of the original switches for me so that i can factor this in when i restore the dashboard?

SNG Barratt mention a push-pull switch but I cant find any pictures....

Thanks all
