E Type Speedo....... oops

Up at race retro . And there's a guy who makes house hold ornaments out of old engine parts . Some of the ideas I must admit work quite well , desk lamp out of old piston and Conrod all polished and powder coated,


And then I bump into this ....... yep a 160 mph E Type Speedo stripped and made into a clock . Price ? £125
Almost tempted to buy it and re-engineer back into a Speedo

If it's a clock you are after Darren, you could always buy a GENUINE E type Smiths clock.

Funnily enough someone is selling one at a bargain price in the for sale section of this very forum.

You kept the flux capacitor installation out of your restoration thread! Can we expect a write up in the Upgrades section? Does it require the addition of an extra relay?
