Does anyone know the above E-type, now red according to the DVLA, possibly blue originally?

It's listed on xxke data http://xkedata.com/
Shown as red, with a photo of it uploaded september 2014.
Says it's in Canada, and is a 1962 3.8l FHC, although the photo shows it looking like a series 3. It does say it's been modified.
Chassis number is 860202

Many thanks Malcolm. I'm in touch with a musician who owned it in the Sixties. He'll be pleased to see it survives.
