#1 Under Bonnet Paint

Post by Tricky1.5 » Wed May 29, 2019 11:35 am

I’d like to think this is a simple question but I see many different finishes. I’m about to paint the bonnet and would like to know what the correct finish is underneath.
Is it all painted the same as the car?
Are the wheel guards stone guarded black?
Are the wheel guards stone guarded and then colour coded?
I can’t wait to get this under paint.
Cheers,

Is it all painted the same as the car? Yes.
Are the wheel guards stone guarded black? The removable ones are; no stoneguard. I powder coat them.
Are the wheel guards stone guarded and then colour coded? No.
I can’t wait to get this under paint. Looking good!

I think Ross puts stone guard on the underside and in the rear wheel arches too but not under the boot floor. I'll let you know over the weekend; flying back home tonight.
