Difficult to see at those resolutions. Do you have larger photos? If so you can insert them into your post using the 'P' Add Image to Post icon at bottom left of the editor page.

The smallest of the lever handles appears to be the same as used on late S3 and all S4 Lotus Elan 2 seaters for boot handles. (I believe all +2 Elans have a cable release for the boot). Also used on Spridgets, I think.
