#1 Rear bulkhead holes, which one for boot lock

Post by Pex » Tue May 16, 2023 6:44 pm

On the rear bulkhead, on the right side…
Can anyone confirm that the cable harness should go trough the lower hole and the boot lock handle in the upper one?
Can’t see that it should be the opposite way.

The reason I ask is that the new bulkhead panel I bought has a cutout that aligned to the lower hole when I expected it to align to the boot lock handle’s upper hole.

Hi Peter,
I have attached a photo of my boot lock and wiring route, the nearside, (left when seated) is the larger of the two cables going to the rear boot area. hope this helps, cheers John.
