Currently I'm preparing stuff like the cantrails to give to my upholsterer when materials arrive. But then I started to wonder about how they are attached. Long story short, should they be upholstered and installed before the seal retaining channel kit that I already installed (before painting, picture)? If yes, I have to drill out rivets, install cantrails with rivets from the outside and then reinstall retaining channel??

I'd like to hear the forum's view on the sequence for the latter parts. All my local E-Type friends have OTS' or much later models so their help is not sufficient. My thoughts were, and please correct me:
1. Do all the interior beige roof
2. When all things controlled inside the dash works, install dash top
3. Windscreen
4. Rear door including opening mechanism
5. Glass in rear door
6. Then most of the red stuff
7. All rubber on the sides
8. Rear side windows (lights as you call them?)
9. Doors, naked
10. Fill doors with handle, chrome frame, glass and opening mechanisms while on the car
So, any concerns about that sequence? I don't mind hard work, once! Hate to redo stuff
As usual, any advice is appreciated
