Not sure if this has been posted up before, but I came across this photo record of a Series III restoration by MAT in Finland:

Most of their work is in restoring Group A and Group B rally cars (mainly for Juha Kankkunen's private collection) and it's worth a look around their site at some of the other projects they've worked on.
