Neil,

Is this the right site?

"For more than 50 years and through three generations, Cooper Classics has crafted beautiful, solid home furnishings. Success has come from not looking at the past but always looking ahead. You can count on Cooper Classics to have products designed to sell, that are in-stock and at competitive prices. That?s solid business."

Cooper Classics have listed that car on ebay four times since 12/9/05 and not sold it. The last time was 10/1/08. (If you don't count the scam listing which was pulled by ebay 28/1/08).

#5 OTC S1 in US

Post by orson » Sat Feb 23, 2008 1:53 pm

not a bad car... I'd buy a FHC instead... I got a S1 FHC myself... the restoration seems correct everywhere.... (blanck soft top cover with red piping????) but I'd go for a "tuned car".... meaning.... alternator..... 5 speed box.... wider wheels..... KENLOWE FAN! THE ENGINE OVERHEATS QUITE QUICKLY.... ?60K IS STILL A PREICE WHERE YOU WOULD GET AN EXCELLENT S1 OTC EVEN IN THE UK... WITHOUT THE HASSLES OF THE SHIPPING...

Hi, It does have the 5 speed box , but not the fan . It interests me for its rareity and colour, He wants 100,000 USD. I love the coupes also but a bonnet latch car is vv hard to come about and almost impossible in the UK..www.docsjags.com in arizona have car number 115 in Silver/Grey which is available for resteration into gunmetal , the nice thing about this car is its much more original and the dealer has a better reputation in the Jagworld..What do you think of this car?
Thanks for your comments... Any observations would be most welcome from anyone on the forum..Neil Dublin Ireland.
