Looking for someone who could provide a photo of the valve timing gauge with a ruler in the frame.

It is a flat steel gauge that fits over the end of the camshaft on engine assembly that holds the camshaft in position while the #6 piston is at TDC.

They are readily available to buy for about £10 ($15) so no reason to make an imperfect one from guessing dimensions from a photo if that is your plan

Still wouldn't do that Jim. It may not look it, but the measurements are very sensitive. Little bit out, and engine won't be perfect. Just get one sent from UK if you can't source it.
