I just wish he'd eaten all his Weetabix, then the E Type could have been designed for someone six feet tall

Personally I think Weetabix not worth eating, and disgusting when the milk has made them soggy. Perhaps Norman is of the same opinion...

I had the huge pleasure of meeting him and having him sign copy of his book when I was starting out on my E type project. Many happy returns Norman! :yellow: :salute:

Tough old bird and dedicated to the marque. True old-school idol, complete with feet of clay, but as they are usually dancing on the brakes and the loud pedal, who cares?

Not a well man as it happens, but you wouldn't know it. He's someone who truly deserves his 'gong'.

As for Weetabix, there are plenty of photos of him talking to Bill Heynes (who recruited him) and they are basically the same height. Today I saw a photo of Heynes talking to Claude Baily (V12 designer) and Heynes towered over him. It's not what you've got, it's how you use it...

Many happy returns.
