So, engine all put back together after cylinder head refurb. Sounds ok! Just need to get the bonnet back on and I can try it for real.

Are you sure the no3 exhaust tappet clearance is correct ? :bigrin: :bigrin: :bigrin:

Seriously though, the alternator belt looks to me as though it might be slack - although the drive side is taut, the top side looks to flap when there is a change of speed

Alternator belt tightened (thanks), fuel leak sorted and back together Saturday pm in time for JDC drive out sunday.

The third pic happened to be just a random DB I parked next to in Petworth Village!
