Hi Desmo....do you just need a bellhousing that is usable on a 3.8...or are you looking for an original 3.8 bell housing only......everythings available you just have to find one....and know how to tell the difference...you can use a bell housing from other models...price from £300-£500 as a rough guide.....so how much an original from a 3.8 E?..post an ad in the wanted section you never know what may turn up Steve

Hi Desmo.....im not sure if it is possibly to identify a bell housing from a 3.8 E type.....the 3.8 was also used in the 3.8 MK2 so assume the bell housing would be very similar if not the same....not even sure they had part numbers stamped on them...but they do have casting numbers.....Steve

Steve is correct. The Moss box bell housing was not stamped with the gearbox number.

So all you need is a Moss box bell housing. I have 2, but I am in Australia so not much use to you.

I have no doubt you should be able to source one in the EC without great difficulty.
